Information we collect
Public forms may collect your name, email address, comment, writing pitch, tool request, report, and the technical information needed to prevent abuse. Writer accounts also store profile information, permissions, login-security records, invitations, recovery records, and uploaded publication files.
How we use it
We use this information only to publish and moderate Zarge, respond to submissions, operate writer accounts, secure the service, and keep actions such as comments and likes reliable. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
Zarge uses Sanity for editorial data, Vercel for the website, Cloudflare R2 for managed file storage, and an email-delivery provider for invitations and account recovery. These providers process only the information needed to provide their service. Sensitive application records are encrypted before being written to the editorial dataset.
Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies keep writers signed in, remember language and theme choices, and give readers a signed pseudonymous identity for safe comments, likes, and reports. Comment drafts may remain only in your browser so failed requests do not erase your writing.
Retention and your choices
Security and moderation records are retained only as long as needed to protect the journal and preserve an accountable editorial history. Expired uploads and abandoned files are cleaned automatically. You may ask Zarge to correct or remove personal information when legal, security, and editorial-record duties allow it.
Contact
For a privacy request, use the contact route provided by Zarge’s owner or send a request through the writing page and clearly mark it as a privacy request.
